Hello, November!

I must admit ... I am completely shocked that we are still in school.   At the same time, I am THRILLED!   We have an amazing staff here working to keep us all safe at all times.   We're cleaning A LOT and each day I encourage the students to come in, drop their things off, and go use the bathroom including washing of hands.

We're doing the best we can and while it's not ideal, I find myself incredibly proud of my students.   As you know, I teach high school special education.   We have our challenges, and a big challenge we face is unexpected changes in routine.   My students are rising to each and every challenge and meeting goals despite being far out of their comfort zone.

I am a blessed and happy teacher.
